Happy Birthday youngster! I thought someone with these kinds of records would have been a lot older. Keep the great tunes coming. I play your stuff almost every week on my vintage R&B radio show on a non-commercial freeform station.
Hey Mr. Second Line: I'm psyched that you are interested in my show.
It's called "The Jukebox Boogaloo" and it's on KRUU-FM in Fairfield Iowa. It runs every Saturday Night 10pm-12am (Central). We have a stream at our website:
http://www.kruufm.com/
I have put some of my archives (though nothing very recent) here:
My show is mostly old school Soul, Funk, R&B, Reggae, Rockabilly, Garage, Novelty records, etc. I run my mic through a delay pedal to get slapback. I'm kind of going for a weirdo 60's AM commercial radio vibe.
Click on the song titles to hear MP3s of the records. If you'd like to download the MP3 to your computer, just right-click on the song title, then choose the "save link as..." option.
Who i be...

also known as gabe, I dj frequently in the Austin area with The Second Sunday Sock Hop Djs, as well as with the SOUL HAPPENING DJ's (formerly the WAXPLOITATION! DJs).

Oh! But that Smokey Johnson track is a treat. Heard lots of brass bands doing renditions, cool to hear such a neat old version. Those drums... wow.
Happy belated birthday to one of the earth's finer mens!
Thanks for that Smokey Johnson, I'd never heard the original.
